Social Enterprise Platform to Create Opportunities in Vocational Training and Business Start-up in Jianyin

HKSEF, with the support of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) of Hong Kong and the city of Jianyin in Jianysu province of China, jointly organized a 3-year vocational training programme on automotive repair and maintenance services. This programme provides an option for students who are academically not qualified for gaining acceptance to universities but wish to pursue a career in this labour intensive industry.

Sponsor the Best Apprentice Competition (Automobile)

The Best Apprentice Competition is organized annually by VTC's Automobile Training Board with the objectives of raising the awareness of both employers and employees of the importance of proper training, and providing opportunities for young people to learn more about the automotive trade so as to spur their interests in pursuing a career in the trade. HKSEF is a sponsor of this event since 2009.
